A federal magistrate judge denied bail for Andrew Arrabaca, calling the circumstances of his charge “troubling.”
MANHATTAN (CN) — The 43-year-old man accused of setting a fire outside of a federal immigration building in New York City appeared in federal court Tuesday, where he was charged with one count of arson of government property.
