The Bottom Line Up Front is that a group of radicals who wanted to inspire a revolution made elaborate and scary plans to execute a drone and sniper attack to take out Republicans, including President Trump, Vice President Vance, top Republicans, and Israel-aligned leaders on Sunday. They had the plans to make it happen, to escape, and a theory for why their attack would inspire an uprising.
