On both Friday’s installment of Nightly News and Saturday’s edition of Today, NBC correspondents Raf Sanchez and Matt Bradley lamented that President Trump noticed footage of the mass mob of migrants that rushed into Spain on Thursday and “seized” on them as a warning of what could happen here if Democrats win in November. Additionally, both undersold just how frustrated the rest of Europe is with the government of socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
Sanchez began his Nightly News report by claiming, “Tonight, a deadly border crisis in North Africa becoming a global political flashpoint. Stunning images show thousands of Moroccans surging through checkpoints into the Spanish territory of Ceuta, a tiny peninsula and Europe’s only land border with an African nation.”
