(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A visibly fragile Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., appeared on the Senate floor Monday afternoon amidst claims that he was “brain dead” following his months-long absence and hospitalization.
McConnell, 84, was first spotted exiting his Washington, D.C., home in a wheelchair pushed by a member of his staff. Security officers also accompanied McConnell. He was last seen in the Senate on June 11.
