The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Thursday that it has wrapped up its investigation into the Yale School of Medicine and concluded the school had racially discriminated in its admissions process.
Just the News reports that the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division completed a year-long investigation into the admissions policies and practices and found that the institution had intentionally selected applicants based on their race.
