A federal judge on Monday said the alleged January 6 pipe bomber Brian Cole is not covered by President Trump’s sweeping J6 pardons.
US District Judge Amir Ali rejected arguments from Cole’s attorneys claiming their client should be covered by Trump’s pardons.
