Idahoans United for Women and Children, the group sponsoring the pro-abortion ballot initiative (RFPA), recently lambasted Idaho Chooses Life and their leader David Ripley. They say he’s lying about the RFPA allowing abortion up to birth.
Do you want the truth? Does it really allow abortion up to birth? The short answer is yes, but not for any reason. The RFPA (Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act) allows abortion up to “fetal viability” BUT they redefined fetal viability.
