Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said Friday the total number of illegal aliens removed from the U.S under the second Trump administration had exceeded 3 million.”Total removals, over 3 million,” he said in a press conference. That figure included self-deportations and just under one million physical arrests and removals.
Mullin also asserted that 70% of daily arrests involved targets with felony convictions or pending felony charges.
“We’re turning up the heat on the streets,” he added, noting that daily arrests had reached an all-time high.
