Today, Secretary of Education Linda McMahon issued a call to the nation’s universities to protect free speech, academic standards in the age of AI, merit-based admissions, affordability, intellectual pluralism and foreign influence.
They’re all important, but the impact of foreign influence has long been understated and most universities have made no such provision, taking Chinese, Qatari and other hostile foreign enemy funds.
