    The appellate court overturned a trial judge who found enough merit in Schneider’s claims to let his lawsuit go forward.

    LOS ANGELES (CN) — Former Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider’s claims that he was defamed by a 2024 documentary series about the “toxic” behind-the-scenes world of children’s television programs were shredded Thursday by a California Court of Appeal.
