Daniel Kinahan, an alleged leader of an organized crime gang, was charged in Dublin, Ireland, on Aug. 9 with directing a criminal organization after being extradited from the United Arab Emirates.
Kinahan, 49, was arrested in April in Dubai—where he had been living for a number of years—following an extradition request from the Republic of Ireland.
