KYIV, Ukraine (AFP) — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday ousted the country’s security service chief in the latest change to Kyiv’s top intelligence positions, almost four years into the Russian invasion, as Russian strikes on Ukraine early Monday killed two people and forced night-time evacuations into freezing temperatures.
