I grew up in a Christian home with both of my parents serving as pastors. Faith wasn’t something distant or occasional — it was part of how we lived. I knew Scripture. I knew how to pray. And if I’m honest, I carried an assumption that many believers quietly hold: if my faith was strong enough, anxiety wouldn’t have a place in my life.
