A multi decades long history of arms shipments, money laundering, and judicial corruption paint a clear picture: the US government is the biggest enabler of drug cartels.
For all of the tough talk on drugs and cartels, it appears the US is angrier over the fact that the cartels want their turf. After all, we have known for quite some time that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been a prime source for trafficking drugs. Still, it appears that arming cartels is another story.
