A Portland anti-ICE agitator’s attempt to track and obstruct federal agents ended with her crying and hyperventilating after officials threatened her with arrest. The woman allegedly raced behind an Immigration and Customs Enforcement convoy, ran a red light, and repeatedly tried to block federal vehicles during an enforcement operation. Agents ultimately allowed her to leave, but warned that her case would be referred for possible federal prosecution.
The confrontation happened on November 6th, 2025, while agents from the ICE Seattle Field Office’s Portland branch were conducting targeted arrests in North Portland. The operation focused on illegal immigrants suspected of foreign gang affiliations, according to ICE officials. Reporter Katie Daviscourt accompanied the agents during the operation and filmed the pursuit and subsequent traffic stop from inside one of their vehicles.
