    Vitamin C Supplementation Linked to Lower Multiple Sclerosis Risk in Large UK Study

    A new study published in the journal Nutrients has found that regular vitamin C supplementation is associated with a 49% lower risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS) over a median follow-up of 13.5 years, according to researchers. The study analyzed data from 486,908 participants in the UK Biobank aged 37 to 70 who were free of neurological disease at enrollment.
