First son Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, said Wednesday that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and recently underwent a medical procedure to begin treatment and recovery.She was married to Trump Jr. from 2005 to 2018 and is the mother of Kai Trump, Donald Trump III, Tristan Trump, Spencer Trump and Chloe Trump.
The former model shared the health update in an emotional post on Instagram, stating that she had the medical procedure this week and remains “hopeful” about the future.
“I want to share a personal health update,” she wrote. “I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan.
“I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me,” she continued. “Thank you for your kindness and support, it truly means more than I can express. I kindly ask for privacy as I focus on my health and recovery.”
