MINNEAPOLIS (CN) — Vance Boelter appeared for the first time in state court Monday, less than two weeks after he was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus 40 years in federal court for the killings of Minnesota Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark.
