Vance becomes a hurricane, set to hit Mexico on Friday night

Vance officially became a hurricane on Friday morning and is set to hit the coast of Mexico by evening.The storm is set to hit the coast as a potential Category 3 hurricane, according to the Associated Press.  
Wind speeds reached as high as 90 miles per hour earlier in the day.
The storm is set to hit the western coast of Mexico and is set to be the seventh major hurricane in the region this season.
