MEXICO CITY (CN) — In the latest of a series of handwritten letters from his prison cell in ADX Florence Supermax prison in Colorado, the former boss of the Sinaloa Cartel, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán, requested to be extradited back to Mexico.
