Two U.S. Army soldiers have been injured as the result of a brown bear attack, a report said on Saturday.The incident occurred during a training exercise in Anchorage on Thursday.
The troops from the 11th Airborne Division were part of a “land navigation training event” at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson’s Arctic Valley training area in Anchorage, said Lt. Col. Jo Nederhoed, a spokesperson for the division.
