Tuberville predicts Mamdani will get himself sent to Gitmo

Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., on Thursday suggested that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani would likely do something that would warrant him being sent to the U.S. prison in Guatanamo Bay.”He will sooner or later, he will do something more stupid than what’s he’s done where we’ll finally say ‘enough’s enough.'” he told conservative commentator Benny Johnson.
“We’ll put the handcuffs on him and get him the hell out of here. And send him to Gitmo,” he added.
Guantanamo Bay is home to a notorious prison that has long housed detainees from the U.S. war on terror.
Tuberville further said that Mamdani “hates this country and wants to change it.”
