Filling up your car now costs 40% more than before the war started in February, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. While every American is paying more at the pump whether they live in New York City or a small town in Texas, the spike is nevertheless affecting deep red counties and supporters of President Donald Trump more than blue counties, NOTUS reported Aug. 28.
