President Donald Trump has pointed to the size of the crowds attending his rallies as evidence of stronger Republican support than the polls may indicate.”We are drawing the BIGGEST CROWDS at Trump Rallies in the history of Midterm Elections, by a factor of five times,” he posted on Truth Social. “There has never been anything like it!”
Trump also referenced his strong support among self-identified MAGA voters, an increasingly favorite metric of the president that shows his base remaining steadfast.
“My Approval Rating in the Republican Party is now at 99%,” he added. “Thank you, such an honor!!!”
With the midterms set for Tuesday, Trump is spending the final weekend before the elections holding rallies for candidates in tough races, including Sen. Darline Graham, R-S.C., whom Gov. Henry McMaster, R-S.C., appointed to replace her late brother.
“Big Rally in South Carolina for the wonderful Darline Graham, today. She is fantastic. Lindsey is watching, and very proud of her!!!” Trump concluded.
