    President Donald Trump said that he hasn’t yet made a decision on whether to fire U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro. Pirro got on Trump’s bad side when her office moved to drop charges against a former Olympic athlete who was accused of vandalizing the Reflecting Pool at the Lincoln Memorial. Pirro argued that new information has since indicated that damage to the pool was the result of a rushed job.
    Trump said that Pirro had “choked” because of the case against the Olympian was facing a particularly “vicious” judge. Ever since the dispute, Trump has been mulling the possibility of letting Pirro go.
    “I haven’t made a determination” on her employment status, Trump told reporters before boarding Air Force One in Los Angeles, Politico reported. 
    In a filing, government prosecutors said evidence of issues with the installment of the pool’s blue liner, which began floating in the water shortly after the pool was reopened, made proving vandalism difficult.
