President Donald Trump said on Saturday he is reviewing a new proposal from Iran aimed at ending the war.“I’ll let you know about it later,” he told reporters before boarding Air Force One.
“They’re going to give me the exact wording now,” he added.
Two Iranian news agencies, Tasnim and Fars, which are close to the regime, reported that Tehran submitted a 14-point plan through Pakistan in response to a nine-point proposal from the United States. He later posted on Truth Social about the proposal.
“I will soon be reviewing the plan that Iran has just sent to us, but can’t imagine that it would be acceptable in that they have not yet paid a big enough price for what they have done to Humanity, and the World, over the last 47 years,” he wrote.
