Trump blasts Lebron James over conduct during national anthem

President Donald Trump on Thursday excoriated basketball player LeBron James over his conduct during the playing of the national anthem before a recent game.”While listening to our National Anthem, LeBron James disrespects our Country! I said right from the beginning that he’s no good, a TOTAL DISGRACE,” he posted on Truth Social. “LeBron James should apologize to all of those Great American Warriors and Heroes who died for the American Flag, and all that our Country stands for!”
Trump included video footage of James practicing his shots and seemingly stretching while the anthem was playing. James appeared to be the sole member of the team engaged in such practices.
The remaining members of the team largely stood still throughout the clip.
