Trump administration preparing sanctions against entire International Criminal Court: report

The Trump administration is expected to soon announce sanctions against the entire International Court.The Trump administration has criticized the global tribunal over its investigations into American troops in Afghanistan, and it’s pressured the court to drop its arrest warrants against Israeli leaders, Reuters reported. 
Secretary of State Marco Rubio in July announced an effort to isolate the court, asking other countries to withdraw from the tribunal. The U.S. has previously imposed sanctions on a number of ICC judges and prosecutors, but it hasn’t yet targeted the court itself. 
Sources told Reuters that sanctions against the court have been prepared, but it’s not clear when an announcement will be made. 
The decision could be finalized as soon as this week during the United Nations General Assembly meeting, according to the Wall Street Journal.
