Three high-ranking D.C. police officials are reportedly facing termination or other disciplinary measures, following an internal affairs probe into alleged manipulation of crime statistics. The possible terminations were reported Tuesday by The Washington Post, citing unnamed sources.

The third officer reportedly facing termination, also a district commander, is already on administrative leave and was previously the subject of an investigation related to crime statistics, according to the Post.
