    Study Suggests 10-Minute Stretches to Ease Shoulder and Neck Stiffness for Sedentary Workers

    Neck and shoulder aches are a common complaint among office workers who spend hours in a seated position. Research indicates that limited shoulder blade mobility is closely associated with this discomfort, according to a 2023 study cited by health reporter Amber Yang. A 10-minute stretching routine, designed to be performed at a desk, may help relieve the tension that builds up during prolonged sitting, Yang said in a report on the findings. [1]
