Earlier today U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio participated in a joint signing ceremony with Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella at a Strategic Civil Nuclear Cooperation and Critical Minerals Framework discussion. Both leaders signed the Memorandum of understanding and delivered remarks to the assembled media.
Secretary Rubio delivered the majority of his remarks in Spanish for the audience and media. His bilingual skills come in very handy as Secretary Rubio travels Latin America carrying forth the U.S. strategic policy for the western hemisphere. Video and Transcript Below:
