Recent surveys show that young adults are less likely than older Americans to identify as Christian, attend church, or engage regularly with Scripture. Many are not necessarily angry at God or openly hostile to the Bible. Often, they are simply drifting. They are entering adulthood surrounded by voices telling them that Christianity may be meaningful, comforting, or traditional — but no longer intellectually credible.
