    Researchers Identify Strategies for Alleviating Stress Caused by Constant Technology Use

    A new study published in the journal Business & Information Systems Engineering has examined how individuals can recover from stress associated with constant technology use. The report identified common sources of this stress, including email overload, constant connectivity, and information overload, while proposing recovery tactics such as digital detoxes and boundary setting. According to the study’s authors, planned disengagement from digital devices for short periods significantly reduced reported stress levels among participants.
