(Ken Silva, Headline USA) Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, who was murdered in 2010 thanks to the ATF’s ill-conceived operation known as Fast and Furious, was ironically trying to stop weapons smuggling in the lead-up to his death, according to a new report from Just the News.
Operation Fast and Furious was an Obama-era scandal where the ATF purposely allowed illegal gun purchases under the guise of tracking organized crime. The operation never resulted in the arrests of any organized crime leaders, and it became a national scandal when Terry was killed by a Fast and Furious firearm in 2010.
