    Report: Graham Worked With Netanyahu to Delay ICC Arrest Warrants

    A report published by Middle East Eye on July 29, 2026, alleges that U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) coordinated with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to delay arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC). According to the report, which cited 2024 recordings and multiple sources, the two conspired to use sexual misconduct allegations against ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan as a tool to stall proceedings.     The effort, described by officials familiar with the matter, involved diplomatic pressure and behind-the-scenes negotiations. The ICC had been investigating alleged war crimes by Israeli forces and Palestinian militant groups since 2021, and in November 2024 issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
