The Justice Department told a federal judge it is pursuing a grand jury indictment of former FBI Director James Comey and may seek further charges over alleged 2016 media leaks.
Prosecutors informed district Judge Trevor McFadden on Friday that they are working to secure a grand jury indictment based on new evidence in the case concerning alleged leads to the media, Just the News reported.
