(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The DOJ Inspector General released a report Wednesday about a retired FBI special agent in charge who accepted a gift in violation of bureau policies, and who also pointed a gun at a colleague.
According to the DOJ Inspector General’s report, the special agent in charge retired before being contacted for an interview. He then declined the DOJ-OIG’s interview request. Only active FBI employees can be compelled to participate in an interview.
