New York state filed suit against Polymarket on Sept. 24, alleging the prediction market is running an illegal gambling operation.
The legal action follows similar lawsuits, filed by New York State Attorney General Letitia James earlier this year, against other prediction markets including Kalshi, Coinbase, and Gemini Titan.
