New Ebola outbreak in Democratic Republic of the Congo raising alarm

Health officials in Central Africa are working to contain a new Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo that has already killed dozens of people and raised fears of spreading further.The outbreak occurred in Congo’s northeastern Ituri province, according to Africa’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
So far, there are more than 245 suspected cases and between 65 and 80 deaths, according to the latest reports.
Most cases have been reported in the Mongwalu and Rwampara health zones, reports said, with additional suspected cases under investigation in the city of Bunia. 
Officials cited in reports have said the outbreak involves the Bundibugyo strain of Ebola.
There currently isn’t a licensed vaccine for that strain of Ebola.
