SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said Saturday that his company restricted Ukraine’s use of its Starlink satellite internet service after Ukrainian forces allegedly violated the service’s terms by using it to conduct offensive drone strikes.
Musk defended the restrictions in a post on X, arguing that Starlink is a civilian communications system and was never intended to facilitate offensive military operations.
