Mike Lindell alleges voting anomalies in Minnesota Republican governor’s primary, refuses to concede

MyPillow CEO and founder Mike Lindell is refusing to concede Minnesota’s governor’s primary, and he’s alleging there were irregularities in the vote count. On Tuesday evening, Lindell said that he was down by 20,000 votes with 277,000 votes left to county, which are all mail-in and early votes for Lisa Demuth. 
Lindell also said that there are anomalies in the count, and his team would be looking closer at the numbers overnight, Kirsten Swanson of KSTP TV in St. Paul reported in a post on X. 
The Associated Press called the race for Demuth at 11:27 p.m. at which time she led with 45.1% of the vote to Lindell’s 31.0%, with 69% of precincts reporting. Nearly every poll before the election showed Lindell ahead, but only by single digits. 
Unless Lindell succeeds in changing the outcome, Demuth will go on to face Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., who did not face a significant primary challenge.
Lindell has alleged the 2020 election was rigged against President Donald Trump, who endorsed him in the Minnesota race. Lindell was found liable for defamation against a former employee of Dominion Voting Systems, Eric Coomer, who Lindell, Trump, and others claimed rigged the election for Joe Biden. Lindell was ordered to pay Coomer $2.3 million.
