A Boston NBC affiliate shared sensitive information regarding the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial on Friday, despite the list of jurors being impounded.
NBC 10 reported that the juror, whom the outlet did not name, had an active restraining order against him during the trial, was facing a pending eviction, and had been accused of sexual assault, although those charges were eventually dropped.
