New York Attorney General Letitia James is facing a bar ethics complaint over allegations that she compromised her impartiality as special prosecutor in a sexual assault investigation involving seven Cornell University fraternity members.
The National Legal and Policy Center filed a nine-page complaint questioning whether James can conduct a fair investigation after publicly expressing support for the alleged victim shortly before being appointed to oversee the case, according to the New York Post.
