The sheer insanity of the current state of legal liberalism can be summed by the current Supreme Court ruling which Justice Kavanaugh’s opening summed up as, “The question before the Court in these cases is whether, under Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment,schools may maintain women’s and girls’ sports teams for biological females.”
The 14th amendment was a messy poorly written stew pot intended to ban slavery, legalize voting for former slaves and bar former Confederate officials from running for office. It’s been used for everything, including… to argue that men are really women and women should have to play against them.
