    How I localized my videos for multiple countries in a single afternoon with one single subscription

    I’ll be honest! Video localization was the task I kept pushing to the bottom of my to-do list. Not because it wasn’t important, but because every time I looked into it, the workflow felt impossibly fragmented. Separate transcription tools. Separate translation services. A voice actor to hire. A lip-sync tool to figure out. Different visual assets for different markets. And then somehow coordinate all of that without the final video looking like a badly dubbed foreign film from the 90s.

    I run a content channel targeting English-speaking audiences, but the analytics had been telling me the same story for months: significant traffic from Spain, Brazil, Germany, and India. This was the audience who were showing up, giving it a few seconds or maybe a minute max, and leaving. The content was clearly relevant. The language barrier (and the cultural distance) was the wall.
