ER Editor: We believe French business tycoon and media figure Vincent Bolloré, with major ventures in Africa, is likely lending his name to this think tank, but feel that he was probably picked up by the white hat military some time ago. Here’s a sample of a corruption probe involving him from 2018. You don’t get to the very top and stay there without doing some nasty things, however Catholic you might sincerely be.
