In case you missed the Socialism 2026 conference in Chicago last month because you have better things to do with your life than whine about capitalist oppression, it featured a panel discussion focused on health, the body, and political power. Normal people don’t think in terms of politicizing their own health, but if you believe “the personal is political,” as the old leftist slogan used to go, then of course it is imperative that you consider how you can weaponize your body for the Revolution.
