SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — A federal judge Tuesday further trimmed a lawsuit brought by Eli Lilly and Co. against Mochi Health, a telehealth company that sells compounded versions of tirzepatide drugs Zepbound and Mounjaro, and its pharmaceutical supplier.
