A convicted murderer who sent a violent death threat to Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Todd Lyons has been arrested, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced Tuesday.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arrested U.S. citizen Daniel Barber in San Francisco on April 10, DHS reported in a statement recounting details of Barber’s email threat:
