Remember, crime is down. According to the media and its pet experts who have figured out how to massage the numbers, not to mention pro-crime city mayors who have shut down crime reporting to keep the crime numbers lower than they actually are.
Indeed, crime is so low that 13 are dead and 92 shot over Halloween. Awkward.
